使用 Taskitty 即表示你同意本条款。如果你不同意，请不要使用服务。你必须达到所在地订立本协议所需的最低年龄，并有权代表自己或相关组织接受条款。
账户与服务
你应提供准确资料、保护登录凭证，并对账户活动负责。Taskitty 提供任务组织、依赖管理、同步、提醒和相关功能。我们可能为安全、可靠性或产品改进而更新服务。
订阅、试用与续费
- Taskitty Pro 提供月度和年度自动续期订阅。价格以购买时 App Store 展示为准。
- 符合资格的新订阅可享 14 天免费试用。除非至少在当前试用或订阅期结束前 24 小时取消，否则订阅会自动续期，并由 Apple ID 账户扣款。
- 购买后可在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理或取消。恢复购买可重新验证同一 Apple 订阅。
- 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。Taskitty 无法直接处理 App Store 付款或退款。
- 权益到期、撤销或不再处于有效宽限期后，账户进入只读模式；你仍可查看和导出数据、管理或恢复订阅、联系支持及删除账户。
合理使用
你不得破坏服务、绕过访问限制、尝试未经授权访问、传播恶意代码、侵犯他人权利，或把服务用于违法、欺诈或滥用活动。你保留对自己内容的权利，并授予 Taskitty 仅为运行和改进服务所需的有限许可。
第三方服务
登录、Apple 付款和你选择的 AI 提供商等第三方服务受其自身条款约束。Taskitty 不控制这些第三方服务，也不对其独立行为负责。
可用性与责任
服务按“现状”和“可用”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不保证服务不中断或完全无误，也不对间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失负责。本条款不排除依法不能排除或限制的责任与消费者权利。
暂停、终止与变更
如账户危害服务、违反条款或法律要求，我们可暂停或终止访问。你可随时停止使用并删除账户；删除账户不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。重大条款变更会提前通过产品或本页面通知；继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。

By using Taskitty, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must meet the minimum age required to enter this agreement where you live and have authority to accept it for yourself or an organization.
Account and service
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and take responsibility for account activity. Taskitty provides task organization, dependency management, synchronization, reminders, and related features. We may update the service for security, reliability, or product improvement.
Subscriptions, trials, and renewal
- Taskitty Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The price shown by the App Store at purchase controls.
- Eligible new subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current trial or subscription period ends, the subscription renews automatically and your Apple ID account is charged.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple account subscription settings after purchase. Restore Purchases can revalidate the same Apple subscription.
- Apple handles refunds under its policies. Taskitty cannot directly process App Store payments or refunds.
- When access expires, is revoked, or leaves an active grace period, the account becomes read-only. You can still view and export data, manage or restore the subscription, contact support, and delete the account.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, infringe others’ rights, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. You keep ownership of your content and give Taskitty only the limited permission needed to operate and improve the service.
Third-party services
Third-party services such as sign-in providers, Apple payments, and AI providers you select are governed by their own terms. Taskitty does not control or accept responsibility for their independent conduct.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend or terminate access if an account threatens the service, violates these terms, or if law requires it. You may stop using and delete your account at any time; account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. We will give advance notice of material term changes in the product or on this page. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
