Taskitty 尊重你的隐私。本政策说明我们在提供任务管理、同步、订阅和支持服务时处理哪些信息，以及你可以如何控制这些信息。
我们处理的信息
- 账户资料：姓名、电子邮件地址、头像，以及你选择的登录提供商标识。
- 你创建的内容：任务、描述、日期、提醒、项目、清单、标签、依赖关系及操作历史。
- 订阅资料：App Account Token、产品标识、交易标识、订阅状态和到期时间。付款卡资料由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到或保存。
- 你主动配置的 AI 提供商设置。API 密钥会加密保存；只有在你发起相应功能时，内容才会发送给你选择的提供商。
- 保障服务所需的有限技术信息，例如会话、请求标识、错误和性能记录。日志不应包含任务正文、电子邮件、原始购买凭证或完整 API 密钥。
用途与依据
我们使用这些信息来提供和同步服务、发送你设置的提醒、验证订阅权益、防止滥用、排查故障、回复支持请求，并履行法律义务。处理以履行服务协议、你的同意、合法利益或适用法律为依据。
共享与跨境处理
我们只会向提供托管、数据库、认证、邮件、支持、Apple 订阅验证或你主动启用的 AI 功能的服务商提供完成其工作所需的信息。登录提供商和 Apple 按各自政策处理信息。服务商可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理数据，并受合同与适用法律保护。我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不使用第三方行为广告跟踪。
保存、安全与删除
账户存在期间我们保存服务数据；删除账户后会立即从主要系统永久删除账户及关联内容，但法律、安全、反欺诈或备份轮换所需的有限记录可能在必要期限内保留。订阅事件仅保存验证和审计所需的元数据与哈希，不保存原始签名载荷。我们使用传输加密、访问控制和密钥保护，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。
你的权利
你可以在产品中访问、导出或删除数据，并可在重新验证身份后永久删除账户。根据所在地法律，你也可能拥有更正、限制、反对、可携带或向监管机构投诉的权利。账户删除不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，请在 Apple 订阅管理中单独取消。
儿童与变更
Taskitty 不面向未达到所在地数字同意年龄的儿童。政策发生重大变化时，我们会在产品或本页面提供通知并更新生效日期。

Taskitty respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we process to provide task management, sync, subscriptions, and support, and the controls available to you.
Information we process
- Account details: name, email address, profile image, and identifiers from the sign-in provider you choose.
- Your content: tasks, descriptions, dates, reminders, projects, lists, tags, dependencies, and action history.
- Subscription data: App Account Token, product and transaction identifiers, subscription status, and expiry. Apple processes payment-card details; Taskitty does not receive or store them.
- AI-provider settings you choose to configure. API keys are stored encrypted, and content is sent to your selected provider only when you invoke that feature.
- Limited technical data needed to protect and operate the service, such as sessions, request identifiers, errors, and performance records. Logs should not contain task text, email addresses, raw purchase credentials, or complete API keys.
Purposes and legal bases
We use this information to provide and synchronize the service, deliver reminders you configure, verify subscription access, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. Processing relies on performance of our agreement, consent, legitimate interests, or applicable law.
Sharing and international processing
We share only the information needed by providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, email, support, Apple subscription verification, or AI features you activate. Sign-in providers and Apple process information under their own policies. Providers may process data outside your country, subject to contracts and applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use third-party behavioral advertising trackers.
Retention, security, and deletion
We retain service data while your account exists. Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated content from primary systems immediately, although limited records may remain for the period required by law, security, fraud prevention, or backup rotation. Subscription events retain verification metadata and hashes, not raw signed payloads. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and secret protection, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete data in the product and permanently delete your account after recent identity verification. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to correct, restrict, object, port data, or complain to a regulator. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in Apple subscription management.
Children and changes
Taskitty is not directed to children below the digital-consent age in their location. For material changes, we will provide notice in the product or on this page and update the effective date.
